Hi, my name is Bronwyn Clark and I am the ATSIDNQ Project Officer responsible for overseeing the Network and its activities. I am currently living in North Brisbane, but was born in Roma and lived there until I was 10 years old when I later moved to Toowoomba.
I am from the Giabul tribe from around Chinchilla. And my mob are the Warner and Hearne families who lived and worked all over the south west region of Queensland including: Eulo, Cunnamulla, Charleville, Roma and Surrounds. I have 10 years' experience working in community services sector (non-government) I have worked in disability sector, youth sector, residential youth support, cultural support work, family support, intensive family support and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander support services.
My passion is Family and Community and ensuring that our mob have the same opportunities as everyone else.
In my down time I love fishing, camping and travel, I believe I have inherited my love for exploring and going to new places from my ancestors and really love that with my position I have the opportunity to go to different communities all over Queensland and meet new people.
I really hope to bring to the Network the ability to share my knowledge, and learn new things from our members, to offer support and get better outcomes for our mob. I look forward to connecting with you all.
