Having problems with the NDIS/NDIA?
If you are unhappy with your NDIS plan and think that they have got your needs wrong, or if you were refused a plan and don’t agree, there are several ways you can follow up to find a resolution:
1. Go back to the NDIA and ask for an internal review within 3 months of receiving your news. You do this by:
a.filling out an Application for an internal review of a decision and submitting
b.Calling the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and asking for an internal review
c.Write to the NDIA and ask for an internal review by emailing enquiries@ndis.gov.au or sending a letter to:
Chief Executive Officer
National Disability Insurance Agency
GPO Box 700
Canberra ACT 2601
With an internal review, a person from the NDIS will make a new decision, which may or may not be the same.

2. If you have no luck with step 1 above, you may consider seeking an external review by the external indendent Administrative Appeals Tribunal (ATT) on 1800 887 688. This tribunal is made up on people not connected to the NDIS/NDIA, and they will review everything and make a new decision, which may be what you want or may not.
If you have complaints about the NDIS/NDIA you can contact the Commonwealth Ombudsmun.
